DEREK McInnes has told the media he doesn’t know what kind of squad he will have available for Celtic’s visit on Saturday with the bhoys heading north to hopefully wrap up the title.

Celtic have been given a major boost as Aberdeen count the cost of their failed trip to Ibrox with Andrew Considine suspended for Saturday’s tie as a result of his Ibrox sending off. Conor McLennan will also be out for the Dons now with the player pulling up injured in Glasgow.

Speaking about his patched-up squad, McInnes isn’t sure who he will have to call upon:

“It looks like a tear. (on Connor McLennan)” the Dons boss told the Evening Express.

“Grade one will be a couple of weeks at best. Anything more than that and it will be the end of the season for him.”

“We move on now. We will see who is fit and available and will go and have a go again on Saturday

Celtic still have concerns of their own with Kieran Tierney’s fitness status still up in the air before the weekend. Timo Weah missed Saturday’s win against Kilmarnock and it’s unclear whether he will make the trip to Aberdeen.

Celtic only need a point at Pittodrie to confirm the title and will be hoping to wrap it up as quickly as possible come 12:30pm on Saturday.
