CELTIC’S official shop is having a nightmare this morning trying to facilitate supporters looking to pre-order the new Celtic kit.
Since the pre-order went live this morning so many people have complained about the site crashing, their basket’s being emptied and items missing – especially kids kits. Fans have been left frustrated with many heading over to the JD site to purchase there.
The shop has had to come out for a second week in a row and apologise for the glitch nature of the site and say they are working on a fix.
We are aware of the current issues, trying to resolve asap. Some are managing to place orders successfully however we are working to fix the errors stopping others. ?
Womens/Junior/Baby kits are coming and hopefully have these up soon. Please be patient, we'll update soon! ?

Celtic and Adidas are two major brands and Celtic’s site going down so easily isn’t a good look for the club. They have brought all store related processes in house over the last year or so and the site is just not fit for purpose. Like most of Celtic’s online presence, from the website to Celtic TV it’s all a bit half-baked.
The club must look at the infrastructure of their online presence and improve.
