HIBERNIAN Legend Paul Kane fears Neil Lennon is doing such a great job at his old club that Celtic might come calling one day.

Asked about the hypothetical situation if the Celtic managerial position became available again – Kane thinks it would be a ‘no-brainer’ for Neil.

“I think Neil would be one of the names (on Celtic’s list) but that situation will only happen if Brendan goes. I think there is a strong bond there between Neil and the Hibs supporters”

“Listen, if he does really, really well for Hibs and there is a situation that comes along that was a no-brainer, that he sees as a dream come true,

“I don’t think anyone would stand in his way.”

Neil Lennon has enjoyed different roles at Celtic since 2001 from player to captain, coach then manager. The pull of Celtic is still there for the Irishman an should the job ever become available it would only be natural for his name to be talked about.
