Reports online suggest Celtic are interested in French Under 20 international Harold Moukoudi.
The 20-year-old centre back plays for Le Havre in Ligue 2 at the moment but the player’s ability means he has outgrown his first club and is ready to make a big step in his career according to SunSport.
Celtic are in the market for a strong centre-back and the 6ft 2 French star fits the bill.
Brendan Rodgers spoke about the type of players he is in the market for – players the club who can develop, help them grow and eventually sell on for a large fee.
If Celtic were to sign Harold it would add a fourth French star to the ranks with Moussa Dembele, Olivier Ntcham and Odsonne Edouard already at the club.
Le Havre are looking for decent money for their big defender and likely to ask for €6million for their star.
If this comes to fuition, Bobo’s Bhoy. Is gonnae get yae.
WE DONT NEED A 20 YO DEFENDER…WE NEED A 30 YO EXPERIENCED STLWART
I agree we need the older pro now come on Celtic lets do this bring in the players we need to show who is the boss of Scottish football.
Agree about signing another project. That sort of money would be better spent on memisivic in imo.
James I see yer point, but at twenty either you have some experience and wiling to learn from trainers and your coaches. Or your a chicken wae nae hied. I think anyone who has recommended this bloke knows his capabiltys. As oor present defence are still leaving too. And people like Danny McGrain and John Clark can teach you plenty too.
Although when you join Celtic you quickly learn that if your any good, your good enough to leave on loan or be sold.
Like the look of this guy vvd comes to mind would like to see an experienced player along side him JOHN TERRY anyone
He could be a good fit bring him in………….
