CELTIC BOSS Ange Postecoglou has refused to rule out the possibility of making more signings before the transfer window closes.
He stated that the club will remain agile and will see what happens in the coming days. Postecoglou is conscious of not wanting to make these days boring by definitively shutting the door on further arrivals.
Celtic have already brought four new faces this window, and could possibly add some more as we enter the final days of the transfer window. Speaking to Sky Sports, quoted by the Daily Record, Ange Postecoglou didn’t rule out any further business, saying:
“Well, I could say yes and make it a boring few days for everyone but I‘ll just say we‘ll continue to be agile and see what happens.”
There could still be exits, with Giakoumakis’ future almost certainly lyting elsewhere, but Atlanta United have had their approach knocked back by Celtic. It’s not reported what the MLS side’s next move will be.
There might be some other players leaving, with McCarthy, Abildgaard and co clearly not in Ange’s plans.
