NIR BITTON is absent from Celtic’s squad again after releasing the team to face Ross County on Sunday.

The midfielder was vice-captain and was a regular on the Celtic bench, often coming on to calm the game down. He has been a valuable squad player this season.

However, he’s been missing from the last couple of squads, and Postecoglou has failed to provide fans with a reason for his absence. Supporters have been left in the dark and will be eager to find out what’s wrong with the midfielder.

Elsewhere, Ideguchi has failed to make the squad.

It’s a brave lineup from Postecoglou. Choosing Kyogo to lead the line ahead of Giakoumakis is a bold call. Hopefully, the talisman shows why he’s been given the nod and can net his first goal since returning from injury.

Tony Ralston replaces the inured Josip Juranovic, and O’Riley takes Rogic’s place as the Aussie falls to the bench.
