Contrary to reports elsewhere, the Glasgow Times claim Celtic outcast Marian Shved will NOT be returning to his old club in any capacity but will likely be on the move this summer according to a source close to the player.

There was suggestions the winger would head back to his old club to get game time but Marian wants to play at a higher level and will seek a move elsewhere.

The winger has had very limited chances at Celtic over the past 12 months. It looked as if he was going to be an exciting young talent for the club but Neil Lennon hasn’t used him.

This leaves Shved with a big decision to make this summer. Celtic won’t to offload any passengers to help balance the books and if Marian can get a game elsewhere, it’s unlikely the club will stand in his way.

It has been an ill-fated transfer to say the least.
