CELTIC have today announced Olivier Ntcham has signed a new and improved deal which will keep the Frenchman at the club until at least 2022.

The midfielder was subject to a lot of interest in the summer with Porto offering big money for the former Man City player.

However, Celtic stood firm and have now made sure the player is going nowhere for the foreseeable future.

Olivier has missed the last three Celtic games due to injury. He had to come off at half time during Celtic’s League Cup semi-final win over Hearts.

In his absence the bhoys have still been flying but there’s no doubt on his day the Frenchman is worth his weight in gold.

Brendan Rodgers has been making a point of signing players up for his ten in a row tilt so the Irishman has the nucleus of his squad intact for the best chances of achieving the record breaking feat.

Well done to all involved in the deal.

  1. Great news. It means we will get a considerable fee for a potentially great talent when he inevitably moves on. Hopefully we get at least another 2 seasons from him.

  2. And now we must look for a new CH who will sign a deal for four or five seasons lets not go backwards in January bring in the new faces before then and have them ready to go,we need dead wood gone and bring in two CHs and one midfielder and one full back and a CF…..
