CELTIC have been named on a top 30 list of Top clubs in the world by FranceFootball in their latest magazine edition.

The French Football magazine took many things into account when they made the list such as attendance, shirt sales, trophies won, player sales and even social media influence.

The list they compiled has Celtic sitting just outside the top 20 with Monchengladbach, Benfica and Boca Juniors ahead of the club.

Celtic are the only Scottish club to make it onto the list with the top 20 being dominated by the big leagues.

Real Madrid and Barcelona take 1st and 2nd spot with Man Utd just behind them. Lists like these have been made for years and you’re never going to get a general consensus on what constitutes a ‘top club’ but factoring in some of the stuff FranceFootball have makes this a little more detailed than most.
