Reports in Croatia claim Celtic are making a move for 20-year-old left-back David Colina.
In a transfer rumour which has come out of the blue, the Croatian publication Index have claimed Celtic and Hadjuk Split have an oral agreement over a €3m move for the young defender.
The left-back position currently has two options; Greg Taylor and Boli Bolingoli. If Celtic do bring in another left-back then it will surely be curtains for the Bolingoli who hasn’t seen much game time since the first half of last season.
Index claim Celtic are very interested, to the point dialogue over a fee has been reached but no formal offer has been submitted.
Colina spent a brief spell at Monaco under 19s before making the move back to Croatia where he has become a first-team player for Hadjuk Split.
It will be interesting to see if Celtic do bring in another player in this position. You would have to think it would only be when Boli has been sold.
