Celtic are set to discover their 3rd round European fate in tomorrow afternoon’s draw.

On Tuesday, the Hoops take on FC Midtjylland, but beforehand on Monday, the draw will take place for the 3rd round of both the Champions League and Europa League qualifying stages.

Twitter account @Moravcik67_ has once again given fans a brilliant insight into who Celtic could face in either of these competitions as we attempt to qualify.

IF we are to defeat FC Midtjylland over the two legs on Tuesday and Wednesday next week, we will be seeded and paired with a tough task of Genk, Spartak Moscow, PSV / Galatasary, or Rapid Vienna / Sparta Prague.

One advantage to winning the tie against the Danish side, though, is that we will be guaranteed qualification to, at the very least, the Europa League.

IF we are to lose the 2nd round tie, we will go into the Europa League qualifiers unseeded and face one of either Jabolonec or Anorthosis Famagusta.

Many fans have been left a little concerned with the club’s preparation going into these qualifying fixtures and the current squad of players at Ange Postecoglou’s disposal.

What we do know is that the 55-year old will be doing all he can to prepare those players for what will be a tough task against good opposition.

The Champions League draw will take place at 11 AM, and 12 PM for the Europa League draw tomorrow.

  1. Maybe changed horses in the paddock, rather than in the middle of an ocean. Defeat is coming early for The new and Improved Dr Jo Venlgos (Only one coat neccessary) Sorry Bruce no bonus. But there is the Domestic treble, for Hoops fans to moan about. Go on Anguish, and prove them all wrong.
