The 15-year-old has been training with Celtic; however, Liverpool are set to tempt him south of the border to Merseyside. Although, he regularly trains with Derry City’s youth teams.
Representing Ireland at the Under 17 level, he can play on both wings and his blistering pace. In many respects, he’s similar to Ben Doak, who is also set to move to Anfield.
He will sign a pre-contract at Liverpool deal with Liverpool, paying a whopping six-figure compensation fee for the young player.
Those optimistic in the Celtic support may see this as a hint that the Ben Doak deal has fallen through. However, I doubt this is the case.
Ben Doak is still incredibly young, and it would be nice to see him stay at Celtic for a few more years. Reading between the lines, the young winger is away, especially with him featuring for the B side recently, instead of with the senior squad.
