It’s being claimed Celtic are currently monitoring the future of former loan player Mohamed Elyounoussi as a source revealed the club is aware the player is up for grabs.

Moi had a decent run in the middle of the season and was starting to come into his own before an injury curtailed his season. Neil Lennon admitted he took a risk by playing the Norwegian in the League Cup Final back in December, with the winger only lasting 45 minutes.

Now with the season over, Celtic are weighing up the decision to make a move and it will all come down to the fee. Football Insider writes:

A Celtic source has told Football Insider that the club are aware the Norway international is available for transfer.

But they have made up their minds to wait and see if his price drops further into the summer.

Moi would be a great permanent addition to the squad, but the biggest transfer for Celtic fans would love to see is Fraser Forster making a permanent return to the club.

The big goalkeeper has been instrumental in Celtic’s success over the past year.

  1. Please hold on to Ntcham and sign big Forster and Moi on a permanent basis. Scott Brown not getting any younger so should probably be given less play time. Also about time certain media outlets be banned from entering paradise, the bullshit emanating from them borders on the worst bigoted hatred for our club and unless they printed their bile in North Korea, Russia or China they should not be allowed to get away with it. HAIL HAIL.
