JOSIP JURANOVIC has revealed that he is loving life at Celtic and is not wishing for a move away after arriving in the summer. The Croatian is away on international duty and was asked about his future by the media.
Italian transfer guru Fabrizio Romano reported that Brendan Rodgers’ Leicester was interested in the Celtic right-back, with the English club willing to pay over £10 million for his services. A fine profit on the £2.5 million spent to bring him over from Legia Warsaw under 12 months ago.
“Celtic is a great club.” He told Sportske Novosti
“I enjoy it from the first day, I go to training with a smile, I enjoy the club, the city, the fans.
“Transfer? There are always some stories, but I leave that to my manager,
Juranovic has been a brilliant player for Celtic. From being a solid, versatile defensive option to an option on the right wing. His penalties are magnificent too. He’s a well-rounded player who is exceptionally talented. It’s no wonder he’s attracting interest from elsewhere.
It’s great to hear he loves it at Celtic and has no intentions of leaving.
Plus, he can’t leave before his collab with Pitbull!
