JAMES FORREST has returned to training ahead of Sunday’s semi-final at Hampden. The Celtic winger has been absent since before the international break but is now back in training, with Ange Postecoglou confirming he’ll be back in the pull on Sunday.

The squad is the healthiest it’s been all year. With very few injuries, Postecoglou has the luxury of turning to his bench filled with players that can impact the game.

Also returning is Scottish midfielder David Turnbull, who hobbled off the pitch on Saturday with a few minutes to go.

The Celtic manager confirmed both players’ return during his press conference on Friday via Celtic TV.

Hampden will witness an exciting encounter on Sunday; both teams will be eager to book their place in the final. For Celtic, winning at Hampden could enhance their hopes of a treble, and for The Rangers, it could end the prospect of a trophyless season.

The Rangers have their injury woes heading into the match. After a long game on Thursday, they could feel tired heading into the semi-final.

  1. Aye they will be really tired after playing extra time last night and won’t really be up for this semi final. We will win easily, no problem. Nothing like being over complacent, eh ?
