Celtic will have to do without star winger Mohamed Elyounoussi until the new year after Neil Lennon declared the player would not recover in time to play any part in Celtic’s last three fixtures.

Moi has been a sensation since coming in but has missed the last month with injury. Neil Lennon risked the player in the cup final in a gamble which didn’t pay off for either the team or player. Moi last 45 minutes and had little impact on the game.

The Southampton winger is receiving treatment for a foot injury and he won’t be back in action until at least the Partick Thistle game in the Scottish Cup.

Celtic will fly out to a Dubai in January to take part in their annual mini pre-season which was first implemented by Brendan Rodgers.

Hopefully Moi gets back on the training field then and is rating to go come January.
