CAMERON CARTER-VICKERS has been called by Gregg Berhalter to represent the USA for their games against Japan and Saudi Arabia as they prepare for the World Cup in Qatar later this year.
Being called up at this break would suggest the manager is planning on taking him to Qatar in November, so Cameron will be keen to maintain his high levels of performance to ensure his place in the twenty-six-man squad.

There are some top players from some of Europe’s top five leagues among the names included in the squad.
The American side may be considered a dark horse in the upcoming tournament, although they do have a tough group.
Only two players from Scotland are included, with James Sands missing out.
Playing in the Champions League will allow Cameron to shine at the top level and push for a starting spot for his nation. He’ll come up against some top opponents with Celtic, who’ll prepare him for the November tournament.
