MIKAEL LUSTIG has revealed the first ever football kit he bought himself back in the 90s and as kits from that decade go – it’s a belter!

Speaking to the Celtic View the Swedish Superstar revealed he was a big fan of Juventus.

“I always liked Juventus growing up” the defender admitted.

“My Mum and Dad probably bought me a strip earlier on, but the first one I bought on my own was a Juventus strip”

“It would’ve been from the mid-1990s and had Del Piero on the back”

Mikael could have ended up being a teammate of Del Piero’s not so long ago. The Italian admitted that Neil Lennon tried to sign him back in 2013.

Speaking back in 2015, Del Piero said he was close to a Parkhead move.

“I was in touch with Celtic for a couple of seasons,” Del Piero told Sky Sports.

“We were close, but then we both chose separate options.

“I would have loved to have played here for Celtic, in Glasgow, for the atmosphere you feel because of the fans.”

  1. I had the same Del Piero top in my Fiat Uno`s, then Punto passenger seat`s. Vialli then a Ferrari top under my back on the drivers side. I used them as seat covers. Everybody used to like them when I used to park down outside Paradise on match days.
