CELTIC are in Germany ahead of their tie with Bayer Leverkusen knowing they need to get some sort of result.

After a 4-0 pasting at home, it’s not going to be an easy night for the hoops who have historically struggled on their travels.

Their away win against Ferencvaros has guaranteed Ange Postecoglou’s men a shot at the Conference League in January, but there’s still a chance to advance in the Europa League.

With that in mind, we already know Ange will be going all out for the win against the German side.

The manager sees no value in pragmatism and believes the team will learn nothing if they go into the game feeling they are inferior.

It’s an attitude we don’t see a lot of in our game and it opens the manager up to major criticism if a heavy defeat comes our way.

Ange is saying he would rather go out and try and win than go out to defend and stifle, potentially still losing.

Carl Starfelt and Tom Rogic are still out for this one, so Welsh and Bitton should keep their place.

Stephen has shaken off a sore jaw from the semi-final of the League Cup on Saturday, which is great news for Celtic.

One change we think Ange should make from the previous starting XI is James Forrest coming in from the start.

The manager has been careful with James since his injury comeback, but after his winning goal at Hampden, it’s time to get the winger in from the start, at the expense of Abada.

James hasn’t started a game since August.

Here’s our predicted lineup:

Should this be the team Ange puts out?
