Joe Hart signed off his Celtic career in the perfect way by winning the Scottish Cup against Rangers at Hampden this afternoon with a 1-0 win.

Hart has formed a great friendship with Hoops striker Kyogo Furuhashi, with each player joining in Ange Postecoglou’s first season at the club, meaning they have both been through a number of highs and lows, with both contributing greatly at either end of the pitch.

Today will though go down in history as a moment to remember, in particular for Joe Hart, with a league and cup double in his final season as a professional footballer.

Kyogo, although not having the best game this afternoon, has proved this season at times to be the difference-maker with his performance against Rangers having no effect on how he enjoyed post-match celebrations with supporters.

The Japanese striker has become a fan favourite in his time in Glasgow, with Hart himself also gaining huge support from fans for the way he conducted himself on his way out of the club, with incredible performances to keep Celtic in games at times.
