ANGE POSTECOGLOU has revealed he couldn’t use Gorgios Giakoumakis this evening because he pulled up in training and is now on his way for a scan to assess the damage.
The manager confirmed the Greek striker, who finally made the bench for the Hoops on Thursday night, pulled his calf in the warm up.
Not an ideal start for Georgios Giakoumakis at Celtic. Ange Postecoglou has told @PremierSportsTV that the striker is having a scan, after injuring his calf while warming up tonight.

You simply couldn’t write it.
Celtic had Kyogo firing on all cylinders and an injury brought him down, Gorgios finally gets fit enough to feature and he hurts himself in the warm up.
It leaves Celtic relying on Albian Ajeti who can blow hot and cold but is likely our third striker when everyone is fit – if that ever happens!
Celtic won 3-0 against Raith Rovers thanks to goals from Jota, Abada and Turnbull on the night.
The bhoys will face St Johnstone in the semi final at Hampden to fight it out for a place in the final.
Let’s hope this injury isn’t too serious.
A calf injury? Did he inherit it from Leigh Griffiths? In that he’ll be fit this time next year.
