Celtic have this morning released the final kit of the season with the jersey being a pistachio green colour that has yellow detail on it.

There has been mixed reaction to both kits which have been brought out already.

The away kit which is a throwback to season 1992/93 and was an instant hit with green pin stripes running through a black jersey that was very retro.

However, one feature about the top that many fans didn’t like was that these pin strips were only on display at the front with a plain back.

The home jersey is beginning to grow a bit with the detail running through the hoops featuring on many of Celtic’s advertisements including the new banners outside the stadium featuring Billy McNeill and Callum McGregor.

One of the standout features of the new third jersey is the detail on the sleeve cuffs which resemble the iconic geometric outline of Celtic Park.

The jersey is certainly different to anything Celtic have released in the past and so far appears to be getting a positive reaction from people although without the sponsor does look a bit like a training top.

Much like the white pin stripe effort last season, the third jersey won’t be worn too often but is now available to pre-order.
