CELTIC WOMEN thrashed The Rangers women team 3-0 today in an emphatic start to their new SWPL campaign.
The Celtic women were looking to get off to a thunderous start as they look to challenge Glasgow City, who won the league last term.
On a cold afternoon at the K-Park Training Academy, the Celtic team went about their business in impressive fashion.
The Ghirls get their first 3 points of the new @SWPL 2018 season with a 3-0 win against Rangers at K-Park. Pullar with a brace and Littlejohn with a great strike. A great crowd at our first game and a large group of #CFCGirlsAcademy braving the cold to cheer on the team ? pic.twitter.com/7vOvfxCzn3

On the day, it could have been more but the club will be satisfied with the opener.
Glasgow City also played today, winning 6-0 against Stirling University, laying down their own marker for the season.
