CELTIC return to league duties this week with a nine-point lead to defend.

18th May 2022; St Mirren Park, Paisley, Renfrewshire, Scotland; Scottish Premier League football, St Mirren v Celtic; Celtic players leave the pitch after the defeat

Paisley side St Mirren are travelling to the East side of Glasgow looking to cause another upset. The last time the sides met, Celtic were defeated 2-0, their only loss of the season so far.

However, it was just a bad day at the office, and the side has recovered from the defeat.

Ange Postecoglou has confirmed there will be changes, with the boss looking to freshen the team up after the condition took a lot out of the players at the weekend.

As Celtic prepare for the midweek match, here’s everything you need to know.

Where and When

Celtic Park will host the sides in a 19.45 kick-off on Wednesday night.

TV/Stream

The game isn’t on TV. However, Celtic are offering a PPV option which can be purchased here.

Referee and VAR

Steven McLean will referee the match and will be supported by Andrew Dallas on VAR. Hopefully, the double act will have a good match, and they won’t be a topic of discussion after the match.
