Celtic Women have kickstarted their pre-season with a 2-1 win over English side Huddersfield Town Women.
The fixture, which kicked off at 12:15, saw the two sides face off as they prepare for next season.
The Hoops took the lead after 29 minutes, before quickly being hit back with an equaliser before half-time.
With three minutes of normal time remaining, Fran Alonso’s side took the lead once again and started pre-season with a victory. At this stage, it is unfortunately unclear who the scorers were this afternoon.

Nex month, the Ghrils will create history by playing in the Champions League qualifiers after a successful campaign which saw them finish 2nd place just behind eventual champions Glasgow City.
They take on Spanish side Levante in Norway on the 18th of August, before the winner of that tie faces either Minsk or Rosenborg for a place in the next round of the European competition.
Alonso will also be looking to build on a successful first season as boss of the Women’s side. So far, the form has kicked off as they left it with a win against the English side this afternoon.
Irrelevant.
