IF anyone was wondering about Kristoffer Ajer’s application on the pitch then wonder no more!

The Norweigan Ace played through the pain barrier for his countries under 21s this week when they managed a surprise 3-1 result against the Germans.

During the game, Ajer’s shoulder popped out of its socket and the coaching staff were ready to bring him off when he popped it back into place and kept on going.

Ajer said: “When you play for Norway, there’s a hell in you. The shoulder jumped out a bit, but I got it in place, and then it’s okay. You just pull it into place and get on to the pitch”

The youngster spoke of his pride at playing for his country and how he is starting to progress at Celtic.

“It is a situation where it is the Champions League team and I am 19 years old. I’ve played seven games already for Celtic, which has
been crazy for me, and I know I’m taking steps every single day.

“I know that I’m taking steps with the support of those I’m training with, and with Kolo Touré, as I work out everyday after training. I’m in a very good place.”

There’s no questioning this lads commitment to the cause.
