With a quarter of the season now complete, Celtic are gearing up for a demanding run of fixtures that will test their mettle both domestically and in Europe.

Having enjoyed a series of home games, the Hoops now face challenging away trips and crucial Champions League matchups.

Here’s what’s in store for Brendan Rodgers’ side in the coming weeks:

1. Aberdeen (Hampden) – League Cup Semi-Final, Saturday

Celtic’s next clash sees them travel to Hampden Park for a League Cup semi-final showdown against an in-form Aberdeen side. Aberdeen have gone 16 games unbeaten, recently showing resilience with a 2-2 comeback draw at Parkhead and a 2-1 win over Rangers at Pittodrie. This fixture promises a fierce battle as both teams look to book their place in the final.

2. RB Leipzig (Home) – Champions League, Wednesday

Following the cup clash, Celtic return to Champions League action at Celtic Park against RB Leipzig. With four points in the group, Celtic are targeting the 10-point mark many analysts believe will secure knockout qualification. Leipzig, currently without a point in the competition, will be desperate to get off the mark, setting the stage for a thrilling encounter under the lights.

3. Kilmarnock (Away) – Scottish Premiership, Sunday

Celtic then head to Rugby Park to face Kilmarnock in a 3 pm kick-off. Kilmarnock have been in strong form in recent weeks after a poor start, winning three of their last four games, including a victory over Rangers on home turf. This trip is likely to be another tough test, as the Hoops aim to extend their lead in the Premiership.

4. Hearts (Away) – Scottish Premiership, Saturday, 23rd November

After the international break, Celtic face a challenging trip to Edinburgh to take on Hearts in a Saturday night kick-off at Tynecastle. Tynecastle has often posed difficulties for visiting teams, and this fixture will be no exception as Celtic look to maintain momentum in the league.

5. Club Brugge (Home) – Champions League, Wednesday, 27th November

Celtic wrap up this tough run with a Champions League fixture at home against Club Brugge. With points needed to reach the knockout stages, the Hoops will look to capitalise on their home advantage and keep their European hopes alive in what will be a vital game at Celtic Park.
