Overall it was a good Friday yesterday for Celtic’s international bhoys with three wins out of four.

Filip Benkovic, Dedryck Boyata and Olivier Ntcham all played a part in their countries wins.

Lewis Morgan got on the scoresheet for Scotland but the under 21s fell to a 3-1 defeat after taking an early lead.

Filip Benkovic played the whole game as the Croatia under 21s won 2-0 against Greece.

Dedryk Boyata got the last fifteen minutes of the Belgium vs Switzerland game where a late winner from Romelu Lakuku mate it 2-1 on the night for the third-placed World Cup stars.

Lastly, Olivier Ntcham played in France u21s 2-0 win over Luxembourg.

A good day overall for the bhoys.

Celtic are hoping all the players come back unscathed and on form. Even though Scotland lost it will give Morgan some credit he managed to get on the scoresheet.

The player knows himself he has a great opportunity to try and break into Celtic’s starting XI upon his return.
