JAMES MILNER has given Celtic fans an insight into the Liverpool squad and more specifically Andy Robertson ahead of Septembers Match for Cancer at Celtic Park.
The match which will pit James Milner against former Celtic midfielder Stan Petrov looks to be shaping up nicely.
When James was asked what he knows about the club he told the Celtic website he knows more now that Andy Robertson is his teammate.
“I have played twice at Celtic Park, once in a pre-season match when I was at Newcastle and once for England.
“But I feel I know Celtic well as Robbo never stops going on about them.
“He never lets up about Celtic. I thought I was bad going on about Leeds, who are my team, but it’s Celtic, Celtic, Celtic non-stop with him
“I am well-drilled about Celtic, the club and its history. I try to wind him up but he just comes back with more.”
Both Robertson and Milner starred in Liverpool’s Champions League campaign last season which saw them reach the final only to be beaten by Real Madrid.
Andy is a massive Celtic fan who once was on the club’s books.
