Ex-Celt Charlie Mulgrew has gone somewhat of a transformation over the years.
The player used to be clean and trimmed now he sports a look that’s straight out the Andre Pirlo book.
However, the defender is convinced that he’s not the spitting image of any footballer, but a WWE wrestler.
Mulgrew took to his Instagram last night to share his hilarious revelation with followers when he realised he now has a passing resemblance to veteran wrestler Hacksaw Jim Duggan.
Unlike some of Mulgrew’s free kicks, it’s not that far wide of the mark.
People of a certain age may not know who Hacksaw Jim Duggan is but then again that means they might not be clear on who Charlie is. We joke.
Charlie Mulgrew has had a new lease of life down south since leaving Celtic just before the Rodgers era began.
The utility man is an integral part of the Blackburn team and helped them with promotion last year.
