A Celtic fan managed to sneak into the Benito Villamarín Stadium on Thursday evening and take a space in the stands to watch the game between Real Betis and Celtic.
Celtic were not allowed any fans inside the stadium after the local authority ruled it wasn’t allowed just days before the game.
Celtic fans still travelled over to Seville for the game to soak up the pre-match atmosphere but Paul Byars played a blinder and managed to get into the stadium with some patience and timing.
Check his tweet below, simply outstanding!
What a day

Snuck in through the car park up the lift and after sitting in a toilet for 2 hours we are finally in the stadium

Paul would’ve watched Celtic take a two goal lead against the home side before conceding four goals of their own. The Bhoys were brilliant for half an hour before the walls came caving in.
Celtic fans always manage to find a way and seeing Paul manage to get into the game is superb.
Hopefully, Celtic fans get briefs for the next two away games in Hungary and Germany!
Update:
Paul wasn’t the only one!
Imagining doubting me some people honestly ????????? pic.twitter.com/PqinX4ple1
