Celtic had to dig deep against Aberdeen on Sunday after being dragged down to the Dons level for long periods of the game.

Ange Postecoglou’s high pressing, high intensity style nowhere to be seen, but what we did see today was a team fighting right to the end.

You find more out more about your players and you come together better as a team if during games like this.

Jota was the man of the moment and the inclusion of Kyogo was of course another major positive for Celtic – the man from Japan getting our first goal of the afternoon.

Sutton nails the verdict for Sunday’s game – it was a slog but it was two of Ange’s signings who done the business and got the three points on the board.

Celtic now have to wait two weeks before their next SPFL match against Motherwell away. They will take confidence from the game against Scott Brown’s side.

We just need to hope all our international bhoys return injury free.
