Chris Sutton seemed surprised to see Kyogo Furuhashi was good in the air as well after the striker scored a header against Dundee on Sunday afternoon.

Kyogo added two goals to his tally at Dens Park with two great finishes. The first one coming from his head was not lost on the man himself who laughed that he was very small compared to the Dundee defenders.

Kyogo has been nothing short of a revelation for Celtic since coming into the club. He’s scored thirteen goals for the Hoops, a fantastic return considering he was out injured a month and has not always played as the main striker.

Celtic fans are already in love with the man from Japan. His striking ability coupled with the player’s infectious personality has fans of all ages chanting his name.

Kyogo is a real hit with the younger Celtic fan base. Hopefully, we see the weeman live some silverware this season.

  1. True successor to Henrik right enough. I know it’s early days but if he sticks around for a while I’d say he is. His ability on the ball, pace, deft finishing and now heading as well are all so reminiscent of Henke, plus he looks happy when he scores, something our last main striker seldom did last year…
