Celtic have done the double courtesy of a 1-0 win over Rangers in the beaming Hampden sunshine this afternoon.
The Bhoys’ campaign couldn’t have ended more dramatically, Adam Idah tapping in off Paulo Bernardo’s powerful strike from range in the ninetieth minute to win the cup.

The Cork native has made quite the impact since joining the champions on loan during the winter transfer window, bagging countless crucial goals. None were perhaps more key than today.
Brought on by Brendan Rodgers on the hour mark, the introduction of the 23-year-old proved to be inspired.
Post-match, Chris Sutton has reacted to his exploits. On X, the ex-Celt turned pundit hailed Idah’s display while taking a fun dig at Todd Cantwell’s ‘shushburger’ Instagram post a few days ago:
Well played Celtic and Adam Idah👏👏I may celebrate with a Shushburger this evening…🍀

As the season ends, Celtic fans can reflect on it as one of the most stressful in recent times.
The campaign has been long and difficult but it ended in the sweetest possible manner with a last-minute derby winner.
