Celtic announced a pre-season tour of Austria this week but didn’t given any details about dates of fixtures or who we will be playing when the bhoys kick off their 22/23 season.

We’ve managed to find out one of these fixtures will be against Banik Ostrava on July 13.

The Austrian club has put tickets on sale for their fans ahead of the tie, not mention of away tickets but we’re sure they will accommodate any Celtic fans who plan to make the game.

It’s going to feel like a longer pre-season than every before. Once the bhoys disband on Saturday, they’re not due back in training until June 27th.

Celtic qualifying for the Champions League means there’s no need to rush back early and the players can get a sustained break, well the ones who aren’t taking part with their national teams during the summer.

We await news of other fixtures set to take place in Austria this summer.
