CELTIC have reportedly called out Euro rivals Cluj over their ticket price hike for Celtic fans heading to Romania for Wednesday’s crunch Champions League tie.

Celtic fans are being charged a whopping £36 for a ticket while they charge their own supporters less than £10 and allow kids to go free. According to SunSport, Celtic are taking it up with the Romanian club and have asked Cluj to refund some of the price. Failing that the report claims Cluj are in breach of UEFA regulations and Celtic may take it up with the governing body.

Celtic are hoping to take a positive result back to Glasgow for next weeks second leg and will be cheered on in the stands by the Celtic faithful. In this instance, the Romanian club have taken advantage of the Celtic support.

We’ll keep an eye on if Cluj are forthcoming with refunds, this might get ugly otherwise.
