CELTIC Fans have been reacting to Dermot Desmond’s Q&A after it appeared online Tuesday evening.
The questions asked and answered should have been pre-approved and like the Peter Lawwell Dubai apology, there would have been zero curve balls thrown at the majority shareholder.
The article let us know Dermot Desmond, Ian Bankier, Peter Lawwell and Dominic McKay are tasked with hiring for the new Celtic setup.
Dermot failed to let us know Celtic’s thinking when it comes to the next manager and he also made zero mention of a restructure.
The question where the shareholder came out firing the most was the attack on his own Celtic fandom. The suggestion that he should sell up and let passionate supporters run the club was met with quite the response. You can read the full interview here.
Fans instant reaction on social media has been largely negative with many pointing out Dermot’s not really said anything compelling.
Supporters have been waiting for communication from the club and this seems like a so-so interview.

Hardly an inducement to buy a season ticket and I thought he was a successful businessman ?
Cold and uncaring in relation to the fans who are the lifeblood of the club.
