Celtic are about to enter into a very important week in their season. The return game against Suduva will determine if the Bhoys will play any more European football this season. Their 1-1 draw in Lithuania was less then impressive. There is also the small matter of the first Glasgow derby of the season and the small matter of a closing transfer window.
Brendan Rodgers faces some major defensive headaches but has he resolved one of them by starting Boyata today against Accies? Celtic fans were not split on Boyata playing for Celtic again, the majority want him gone.
Boyata teams up with Ajer in the centre of defence, Lustig finds his way back into the starting line up.
Celtic fans will be pleased to see that both Griffiths and Dembele start up the front today. Celtic looked a different team at the start of the season when playing with two strikers.
The other big change for Celtic is that Oliver Ntcham drops out onto the bench for today. Kick off from Celtic Park is 3pm.
So Deidpool’s got his place. Why not on the bench then?? St Brendan must have more injured than fit defencive players now.
