CELTIC have today confirmed the signing of Elhamed from Hapoel Be’er Sheva on a four year deal.
It has been speculated for weeks the player was close to a deal and it was just a work permit the club and player was waiting for before the deal would come through.
Although the player has been billed as a centre back that can play right back, Celtic have made it clear they’ve announced a right back!
It must be where Neil Lennon sees Hatem playing.

The club have made their fourth summer signing with this announcement and Hatem joins Christopher Jullian, Luca Connell and Boli Bolingoli.
The Israeli will not be eligible for Celtic’s double header against Kalju but could feature in the next round. The bhoys could be off to Israel if they beat Kalju.
Celtic are in action tonight and Hatem could be unveiled at half time.
