CELTIC fans have been eagerly awaiting news on the fitness of their players ahead of this Saturday‘s match against Motherwell and the Glasgow Derby next week.

Manager Ange Postecoglou has now confirmed that Cameron Carter–Vickers will be available for both matches, and it’s a case of ‘wait and see’ for the player’s surgery.
Jota, Reo Hatate and Liel Abada will not be ready to feature this weekend, the manager confirmed on Friday afternoon. However, he did announce that the players that missed out on the trip to Kilmarnock were in training this week.

“From a fitness perspective, nothing else changes. All the other lads [not CCV] are closer and training, but wont make this weekend”
Postecoglou is keeping his updates on the players‘ fitness brief, not willing to give too much away as the team prepares to face The Rangers next weekend, in a game which could bolster Celtic’s treble hopes.
