Celtic’s game against Aberdeen on Wednesday will be behind a pay wall for Celtic fans, it has emerged.

John Paul Taylor told a supporter on social media the only way to watch it would be to pay PPV price for Aberdeen TV.

The game will set you back £12.99.

Given this game is a dead rubber for Celtic fans, I don’t see too many people buying into this broadcast.

Celtic fans have had to cough up an inordinate amount over a multitude of platforms to follow their team this season. It was Hibernian and St Mirren games which have previously been behind a pay wall.

With nothing at stake, we would imagine supporters would look at alternate ways to watch or follow the game.

Celtic are playing out their final few fixtures with absolutely nothing at stake.

All eyes are on what the club is doing behind the scenes. There’s very little interest on the field at the moment

  1. Last Sundays Cup game at the Death star was streemed for free.
But I had to listen to a French commentator rabbit on about how shi7e Celtic have become (in my pigeon understanding of snail). Worth every cent I paid. Pity I did not understand most of the stuff the bloke went on about. Though the Hoops players are shi7e in any language.
