CELTIC travel to Easter Road to take on Hibs in their final match of the year. It’s also the last match before the New Year derby, with Celtic looking to pick up maximum points as they look to extend their lead at the top of the table.

Edinburgh is a tough place to visit; Celtic has experienced this in recent years. Lee Johnson’s side has looked decent since the World Cup break and will fancy their chances of getting a result against the defending champions.

Postecoglou will be looking for his side to put on a similar display to Saturday, when the Hoops looked like their usual self, especially in the first half.

Postecoglou has named a changed team after the weekend:

Jota remains on the bench, but Abada replaces Forrest. Haksabanovic is missing from the squad altogether.

Juranovic returns to the bench, with Abildgaard also there, despite rumours suggesting his spell at Celtic could be cut short.

Youngster Rocco Vata replaces Turnbull in the squad.

Celtic will look to head into the New Year with at least a nine-point lead, not three as Beale claimed it really is, knowing that they have the chance to extend the margin at the top next week.
