Has Brendan Rodgers picked a Celtic team that is aiming to break their own unbeaten domestic record with a 63rd game without losing away to St Johnstone?

Last week at Paradise Brendan Rodgers dropped some big names but still, his side matched the 100-year record set by Willie Maley’s with a 1-1 draw against Kilmarnock. The hoops gave a huge effort on Tuesday night against Bayern and just came up short. That was the end of Celtic’s chances of progression outside of their group. But a win today will etch this Celtic team into football history.

Brendan Rodgers has decided to make no changes to the team that battled against Bayern on Tuesday. I doubt his team selection will get much argument today as nearly every Celt was happy with the effort put in on Tuesday night.

CELTIC (3-4-2-1) Gordon; Lustig, Boyata, Bitton; Forrest, Brown, Armstrong, Tierney; McGregor, Sinclair; Dembele
Subs: De Vries, Gamboa, Hayes, Rogic, Ntcham, Edouard, Ajer
