We already knew that Moussa Dembele was going to miss the next two games at least after Sunday’s horror tackle. Griffiths coming in for Dembele was an easy call.
This is potentially the toughest game from the tripleheader. I say this because Motherwell is at home and we now know they’ll be looking for revenge. The can also take something from the first half of Sunday’s cup final. That was probably more to do with Celtic getting into gear rather than Motherwell outplaying the Bhoys.
Scott Sinclair has lost his place to two very in form players in Paddy Roberts and James Forrest. I spent the day wondering how both could play tonight. Celtic have a very attacking bench again tonight to give Rodgers some options if he experiences the same stalemate as Sunday’s first half.
