Celtic are looking to push the league trophy over the line today against Hearts at Celtic Park. While a win won’t make anything official it makes losing the league require miracles from other quarters.

Ange started his league campaign against Hearts when the Australian recorded a loss on the opening day of the season that made a league trophy at Paradise look years away. Fast forward today and an astonishing run of form from the Hoops.

Celtic are unbeaten in 29 Scottish Premiership matches (W24 D5), last enjoying a longer run between May 2016 and December 2017 under Brendan Rodgers (56 in a row). That form has the pending champions sitting pretty at the top of the league with a six-point cushion, and a superior goal difference with only three games remaining.

Hearts are a difficult prospect at Tynecastle but at Paradise, the Hoops have won 19 of their last 20 home league matches against Hearts,  the only exception in this run being a 0-0 draw in September 2015.

Celtic have reported no fresh injury problems ahead of today’s game but Ange might be tempted to rotate a few players today and get some game time into the likes of David Turnbull with a long summer break looming.

With the teams just announced this is how the Hoops line up today:
