CELTIC will have 25,000 briefs to Aberdeen’s 20,000 for the League Cup Final at Hampden on December 2nd.

The bhoys were looking to secure as many tickets as possible after taking a whopping 30,000 fans to Murrayfield for the semi-final while Aberdeen only took 11,000 to Hampden.

Celtic will have the majority inside Hampden on the day but it will still see many fans who made the semi-final trip without a ticket.

Celtic and Aberdeen will face off in their second League Cup Final in three seasons and the third cup final Rodgers will face the Donas as opponents.

It will be a highly anticipated game with Celtic going for five domestic cup wins in a row.

For Aberdeen, it’s a chance for retribution for Celtic’s invincible season.

The League Cup was the first trophy Brendan Rodgers won as Celtic manager and has been victorious in all cup games to date.

Celtic have won 21/21 Cup games under the Irishman, scoring 67 goals and conceding only seven!

  1. they sold less than 10,000 for the semi, but are given more than double that for the final. absolute disgrace. if you cant sell semi final tickets, you shouldn’t get final tickets.
so that’s potentially 5,000 fans who were at murrayfiled missing out, whilst 11,000 fans who couldn’t be bothered going to hampden do get tickets.
    scottish football is a joke.

  2. It should be explained to them take the tickets then they have to buy the ones they don’t sell simple , that would stop the rot non returnable tickets only, then will we get any peace about fifty fifty
