Former Celtic striker Tony Watt has made his return to Scottish Football with St Johnstone after penning a one-year deal with St Johnstone.

The Barca Beater has been available on a free since February this year when he left Belgian side Louven.

Since leaving Celtic, Watt has played for Charlton, Blackburn and Hearts in the UK.

Due to injuries and lack of form the player has not found a permanent home since leaving Celtic in 2012.

The striker now has a fantastic opportunity to resurrect his career with St Johnstone under a good manager in Tommy Wright.
