The Glasgow Derby will go ahead this weekend but it HAS been moved to Sunday by the SFA and Premier Sports.

There were rumours of a midday kick off but instead, it has been confirmed the game will go ahead at 3pm on Sunday.

Originally, the game was to kick off on Saturday at 4pm but since there will be a royal funeral at 3pm that day, the decision rightly or wrongly has been made to move the tie.

It gives both sides an extra day to prepare but it will knock off the planned preparation both clubs did have going into this week.

It’s a massive tie for both sides and is sure to be hotly contested on the day.

The game takes place at Ibrox behind closed doors and John Kennedy will be looking to grab a win over Celtic’s rivals for the first time this season.

The chance at a fifth consecutive Scottish Cup trophy to end the season on a high would be good.
