As Brendan Rodgers injury list begins to pile up, options will start to run thin on the ground for Celtic. Injury problems have not been this bad since the Irish man took the reigns at Celtic.

Rodgers did have one big call tonight, with new signing Charly Musonda signing an 18-month loan deal only yesterday some Hoops were eager to see him straight away. But he starts on the bench tonight and should feature at some stage of the game.

Hearts managed to beat Celtic the last time out and it was Hearts’ first win over Celtic in the top flight since October 2011. They have not beaten Celtic back-to-back in the league since August 2006.

The big surprise tonight is that Celtic will line up with a back 3 and play with a front 2. A pair of strikers leading the attack is something Celtic fans have been crying out for. They will get their wish tonight.
