Celtic take on Livingston this afternoon in what is being billed as a tune up before the Scottish Cup Glasgow Derby next weekend.

Livingston have been a thorn in our sides for some time and we only managed draws with the club both home and away in January after all of the call-offs due to the Dubai trip and Jullien’s positive test.

It’s up to Celtic to show they have improved and they could very well just do that.

Celtic are getting so many shots away during their games under Kennedy but they’re not making the best chances.

Confirmed Team News

Nir Bitton is back in the fold and could make the bench this afternoon. The Israeli picked up an injury during international duty earlier this month.

Edouard is expected to return to the starting line up after sitting out the win against Falkirk a week ago.

James Forrest is in line to start his second straight game.

No fresh injury concerns apart from the two longer term injured; Christopher Jullien and Mikey Johnson.
